Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of TripAura (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. What TripAura is
TripAura is an AI assistant that creates travel itineraries, maps, budgets and price estimates from the details you provide. It is a planning aid — not a travel agency, booking service, or financial or travel advisor.
2. AI content and estimates
- Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify key details — opening hours, availability, travel times, visa and entry rules, and safety — with official sources before you rely on them.
- Prices (flights, hotels, activities and meals) are estimates, including those labeled “live.” They are gathered from the web at a point in time and will change. Confirm the actual price and availability with the provider before booking.
3. Bookings are with third parties
TripAura does not sell or process any travel bookings. When you book, you transact directly with the relevant provider (airline, hotel, restaurant or booking platform) under their terms and prices. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, those transactions.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the Service lawfully and for personal trip planning.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its providers.
- Don’t use it to generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
5. Accounts
Accounts are optional. If you create one, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You can request deletion of your account and stored trips at any time (see Contact).
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design and its software are owned by us. The trip details you enter remain yours; you grant us permission to process them solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripAura and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated plans, estimates or third-party services — including missed bookings, price differences, or trip disruptions.
9. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
